Welcome to FindBeauty. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Service Plans for business owners:

    • Pay Per Booking:
      • Customers will be charged £1 booking deposit for each booking made through our platform.
      • FindBeauty retains the right to collect and keep this fee.
    • Monthly and Annual Subscription:
      • Monthly subscription: £15 per month.
      • Annual subscription: £100 per year.
      • In this model, customers can book services without paying for the deposit and business owners receive full payment for their services.
      • Subscribers are entitled to a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription.
      • Subscribers can cancel their service at any time.

  2. Refund Policy for business owners:

    • For Pay Per Booking: In cases where a customer is charged £1 for a booking that the beauty salon cannot fulfil, the fee will be refunded upon customer notification to support@findbeauty.co.uk.

  3. Business owners' responsibilities:

    • Business owners are solely responsible for the copyrights of images uploaded to the platform.
    • FindBeauty is not liable for the accuracy of information provided by business owners.

  4. Platform Benefits:

    • FindBeauty serves as a marketing platform, connecting businesses with potential customers.
    • Business owners can leverage our platform to attract new customers and streamline their operations by managing their customers and accepting online bookings.

  5. Liability:

    • FindBeauty acts as a platform connecting customers with beauty service providers. We are not responsible for any health-related issues arising from the beauty services provided.
    • FindBeauty does not guarantee the quality of the services provided by business owners. We encourage customers to leave reviews and rate the businesses after the service.
    • Customers are encouraged to contact the business directly for any service-related concerns.

  6. Content Quality and Information Accuracy:

    • FindBeauty does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by business owners on the platform. Users are advised to verify information directly with the business.
    • FindBeauty exclusively accepts business listings from the beauty industry. Any listings originating from other industries, along with associated user accounts, will be promptly removed. 
    • FindBeauty reserves the right to remove any listings that contain incorrect or offensive language, images, or any other inappropriate content. Such content may violate our community guidelines and will be promptly taken down to maintain a positive and respectful platform environment.

  7. Modification of Terms:

    • FindBeauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

  8. Termination:

    • FindBeauty.co.uk may terminate or suspend a user's access to the platform without notice if there is a violation of these terms.
