FindBeauty is an online directory of beauty salons, makeup artists, hairdressers, and other beauty professionals. It allows customers to quickly locate small beauty businesses in their local area that offer a particular treatment.
At the same time, it allows business owners to gain new customers who look for treatments online and receive direct online bookings from them.
We offer two types of accounts for our customers: subscription-based (they can pay monthly or yearly) or one with no subscription where we charge for each online booking.
In the past, we had a free Basic plan where we presented limited information about the business, but we will be gradually phasing it out and removing such listings from the website.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to advertise with us for free.
If you choose one of our Subscription plans (Monthly Plan or Annual Plan), you can pay with a debit or credit card directly on our website on the Pricing page.
If you choose the Pay Per Booking plan, your customers will be charged £1 when they book, effectively reducing the price you charge for the service by £1. You will not receive any invoices from us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Billing area in your account and clicking the Cancel button.
If you cannot find it, please email us from the company email address.
After cancellation, your subscription will continue to be active until the end of your current term (month) but it will not auto-renew.
